WHAT PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT AND WHY WE COLLECT IT

Design Tiles by Zumpano Enterprises & Zumpano.com may collect name, email, phone number, and/or other customer demographics requested via web browsers to provide the most relevant user experience.  This information may be stored both on-site and off-site to for customer relations and site statistics.  

COMMENTS

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available at automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.  We may also utilize commenting services provided by Facebook, Twitter, Google, and other public forum based commenting systems.

MEDIA

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.  We request that if you have large files, you email them directly to our sales team at sales(@)zumpano.com to make sure we receive the information.

CONTACT FORMS

Contact forms found on zumpano.com are utilized to collect consumer questions and comments, and we secure the right to store information online in a protected consumer database for a said period of no less than 90 days.  We periodically remove data for a variety of reasons, including, but not limited to, relevancy, security, storage, and /or purpose. 

COOKIES

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

Google.com,  Alphabet INC , and Bing! webmaster tools are our primary sources of visitor and site analytics and statistics.  Zumpano.com may also provide access to basic site information to additional service providers who benefit the site performance of Zumpano.com.  Yahoo.com, MSN.com, and other search engines 

WHO WE SHARE YOUR DATA WITH

Design Tiles by Zumpano Enterprises gives Google & Alphabet INC permission to monitor site visitor information via a Google webmaster tools and Analytics.  We may also use services, such as Bing webmaster tools and/or Facebook, Twitter Inc., and other companies that we may use for customer data and public relations management.  

HOW LONG WE RETAIN YOUR DATA

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

WHAT RIGHTS YOU HAVE OVER YOUR DATA

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION

Visitor contact information may be stored for a minimum of 90 days, however based on information and purpose of contact information, may be stored indefinitely.   This information may be stored both online and offline.  If said contact information is only a name/email that was submitted for a question, this information may be deleted within 90 days if storage of the information is not vital to a client account or the everyday operations of Design Tiles by Zumpano. 

Client contact information may be stored, both online and offline in a secure database, indefinitely, or until a client requests account closure.

Design Tiles by Zumpano Enterprises may utilize and incorporate a variety of measures not listed, such as the utilization of different software and technologies to store user data, provide relevant user experience, alongside with updates to produce search engine results, and to monitor a wide array of site statistics and metrics.

Design Tiles by Zumpano may utilize a variety of third parties to provide our customers with the best information possible.  These companies include Google & Alphabet Inc., Facebook, Twitter, and/or other major ad networks and social media platforms.  Design Tiles by Zumpano does not sell any of your information to 3rd parties.  

WHAT AUTOMATED DECISION MAKING AND/OR PROFILING WE DO WITH USER DATA

Design Tiles by Zumpano Enterprises may make decisions based on user data to provide the most up-to-date and relevant consumer information or advertisements to our customers and client base.  We may utilize technology online that gives our customers & website visitors the best user experience, alongside showcasing the most relevant information for the customers viewing said information.   We may also utilize and store customer demographics to maximize user experience and reach our base target market via different measures, such as search engine optimization, PPC advertisements, and multi-media marketing.  We may also utilize said information to increase site visitor security.
